1808 GRILLE – SERVICE STAFF
Wait Staff: Take accurate orders, serve food and beverage items in a timely manner,
provide information about menu items and ensure guest satisfaction by providing
attentive and seamless service. Prior food server experience in a fine dining
establishment required. TABC Certification preferred. Excellent guest service and
communication skills required.

Sous Chef: Responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling / storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Coordinates the purchase of all food and develops menus, maintaining approved inventory, food costs and labor costs. 5 years experience in a similar position at a 4 star hotel or restaurant or 5 years experience as a Lead Cook. Ability to work all stations in kitchen. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Server Assistant : Facilitate food service and provide clearing and cleaning duties to ensure
an immaculate restaurant. Responsible for assisting servers when required and
re-stocking of all service areas. Prior restaurant experience required. Ability to
work in fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
